PawTracker
You focus on the dog and the client. PawTracker keeps the whole journey connected.
3 free client follow-ups · No credit card required · No commitment
Your entire training workflow, in one place
Between appointments, session notes, client reports, exercises to send, and each dog's history, your follow-up quickly ends up scattered across different tools.
A note on your phone, an appointment in your calendar, a video in a text thread, an assessment in a document — and you need to find the right thing at the right time.
You still have observations to organize, exercises to send, a client report to finish, and next steps to communicate.
A few sessions in, you're digging through old notes to remember the original goals, what improved, which exercises you've already assigned, and what happened last time.

PawTracker follows the way you already work. Each assessment, goal, session, exercise, and report adds to the same dog's history — so you always know where you left off and what comes next.
See how a behavioral assessment becomes the starting point for the sessions that follow — with goals, progress, exercises, reports, and history staying connected along the way.
PawTracker organizes everything around your training sessions so you can focus on the dog and the client without losing the thread between appointments.
Before a session, pull up the dog's assessment, goals, previous observations, reports, and history without searching across different tools.
What you record during the session becomes the foundation of your client report. You stay in control of what you share without rebuilding everything at the end of the day.
Assessments, reports, exercises, next steps, and resources give clients a clear path to continue the work until the next appointment.
Behavioral assessment or session report: your client receives a clear, professional document branded with your business. No account to create. No app to install. They simply open the link you send them.
Owner details, behavioral assessment, training goals, sessions, reports, appointments, and progress all stay connected to the same dog — so their full context is always easy to find.
